By creating an account or using FlirtIQ, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to use FlirtIQ.

2. Description of Service

FlirtIQ provides AI-generated conversation analysis and reply suggestions. The service is available on a free tier (limited credits) and a paid Pro subscription (€7/month). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. Your Content and Third-Party Data

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to submit any conversation text to FlirtIQ. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable privacy laws (including GDPR) with respect to personal data of third parties contained in your submissions. You assume full responsibility for any claims arising from such data.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

FlirtIQ provides AI-generated suggestions for informational and entertainment purposes only. This is NOT professional advice of any kind — not relationship advice, not legal advice, not psychological advice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You use all suggestions entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for any relationship outcomes resulting from use of this service.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FLIRTIQ'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO FLIRTIQ IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

IN NO EVENT SHALL FLIRTIQ BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES. THIS INCLUDES CLAIMS BY THIRD PARTIES ARISING FROM CONTENT YOU SUBMITTED.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FlirtIQ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service; (b) content you submit, including any personal data of third parties; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third party's rights, including privacy rights.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

• ·Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at €7/month via Stripe.
• ·Credits are non-transferable and expire at the end of each billing cycle (Pro) or are lifetime (Free).
• ·You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• ·We do not offer refunds for unused credits or partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• ·Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• ·Attempt to circumvent credit limits or payment requirements
• ·Submit content that is abusive, harassing, or violates others' rights
• ·Reverse engineer or scrape the service
• ·Use the service to generate content intended to manipulate, deceive, or harm others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

9. Intellectual Property

The FlirtIQ service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by FlirtIQ and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. AI-generated output provided to you is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and applicable member state law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts. EU consumers retain all statutory rights under EU consumer protection law, which these Terms do not limit.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
